Registration information
The conference fee covers attendance of the conference sessions, meet and greet, conference documentation, conference dinner on Wednesday evening 20th April 2011, morning and afternoon coffee/tea and lunch.

The digital registration form should be completed and returned to the conference secretariat. On receipd of your registration we will send you an invoice with details of how to pay the fee. All amounts must be remitted in euro.
The prices stated above include prevailing goods & services taxes (purely for information puposes: the current exchange rate is roughly Euro € 1,- = US $ 1,34). The organising committee will confirm registrations after receipt of payment.
Cancellation: Before the 15th March 2011, a total refund minus a € 100,- administration fee will be issued. Between 15 March – 1 April 2011 a 50% refund will be issued.
After the 1st April 2011, no refund will be made for cancellation. Refunds of registration fees must be applied for in writing and will be settled after the conference.
